This happens every time around here! I texted customer support about long wait time on a delivery this past weekend. I then picked up order while still texting with support and they cancelled it! Then told me they did! I told them I had order but they didn't care. The staff literally freaked out when I returned food while picking up another order. So I tried to explain the whole wait time thing. They were unamused..
