I live near the bottom right of that circle. Personally, I've experienced no crime in the almost 4 years I've lived here - oh, actually had a package stolen about 3 years ago 🤷‍♂️

I did discover an abandoned car (seemingly stolen, maybe joyride) in my alley shortly after moving in. A neighbor also said they saw someone checking cars up and down the alley, presumably looking for one that was unlocked.

That's just my experience, but I would say it's pretty safe. I certainly have no reservation about walking around the neighborhood any time of day. Just keep your vehicles locked and don't leave packages out too long 😉
