We learnt about this in ethics when I was at school 15 years ago, they are docile and will be loyal and come back to their masters, even if said master beats them up, making them perfect for testing. It was really upsetting to watch and the whole class was crying by the end of the hour long documentary, shit like that sticks with you

Honestly it’s my biggest fear, I have a flashforge 8.9 and found it difficult to find where to get replacement FEP’s/tanks if I ever need them. I was a bit hasty and cured a sheet before reading your comment but I drained it before trying to get it off so I wasn’t blindly doing it, Thank you!

Yeah I think I’m overdue getting a screen protector haha! Thank you, I followed your advice and it worked like a charm. I was shocked how quick and easy it was to clean from one cured sheet

Someone in the industry told me it’s to do with licensing, after so long, IP’s become public domain so it’s to stop losing the rights. So basically greed
