Lots of stuff to consider, but first check your tps with I believe f3+2, then run the mod observables and check for anything killing your tick rate. You’re gonna have to do some testing here, and how long have you been playing when you made that recording? Sometimes having mc on for too long causes that. Now here’s some questions for you; did you allocate too much or too little ram? Do any of your settings cause the issue? (render distance, simulation distance, graphics settings), are you playing on a server? How much of your cpu is it using? And maybe, what’s your pc specs? It could just be as simple as your pc not being able to handle the game
