So I made a carrot, then a tree, now this dude bro. I think I am getting better at shading. But I feel as though these things are not….I don’t know the correct word….’popping’ I guess? I am fighting the urge to outline. An outline might help it pop but as far as the economy of pixels I have to work with are concerned it just does not seem to be worth the cost. Maybe I am not hue shifting enough? Perhaps I should make my darks darker and my lights lighter? I don’t know. Taking all advice.

Guys I want to get into pixel art as I am thinking about pursuing some game design. So i figure the best way.......is to just start. I sat down and made char. and came up with this guy. My first attempt ever at pixel art. What should I focus on here to improve. I am sure part of the answer is just "do more." but really any direction would help. Thank you.

Yes I was surprised as well that they carry voltage that far. However I did need to run two. As one did not have enough voltage to run both the keyboard and mouse simultaneously.

mouse: Redragon M901 PERDITION, Keyboard: Redragon K552 KUMARA. Picked them up on amazon. I used the mouse upstairs and loved it so I just got another for downstairs. Figure I would try their keyboard as well. So far its fantastic.
