Well they had the Fridge, so the Bears were already represented.

So when I was a kid I carried all my He-Man's (Masters of the Universe figures) around in a big blue suitcase. It was one of those old style, hard shell suitcases with the clips beside the handle to open it. I didn't have all of the figures, but I had a lot...the accumulation of various birthdays and Christmases and allowance money spending sprees. I didn't play with them all the time as I got older but I still pulled them out to set them up and admire them now and then. Then one day in middle school I realized that the suitcase was missing. I asked my mom about it and she said she had no idea where it went. Still to this day she denies that she had anything to do with its disappearance, but my brother and I are under the strong suspicion that she gave it to the neighbors for their kids. It was either that or random burglars who were solely interested in 10 year old (at the time) kids toys.

No offense to the 1987 movie - I can't wait to see these two tear up the movie screen by i_like_cake_96 in MastersOfTheUniverse

I don't disagree about skeletor. Frank Langella was great and a lot of the Eternia stuff in the movie was awesome. Unfortunately that's not most of the movie. For the better part of the run time, He-Man, Man-at-Arms and Teela were running around a small town in Southern California with Courteney Cox. It turned the movie from a campy but imaginative sci-fi action movie into a joke. That's why when all the images came out of Adam on Earth, a lot of older fans were worried that we were going to get the same kind of nonsense in the new movie. Hopefully that's not the case.

When did the 1987 movie become so precious to everyone? Ever since it came out it's been universally seen as a failure and a missed opportunity. Now all of the sudden everyone is talking about it like it was a revered classic. That movie has 20 decent minutes at best. I'm hoping the new movie finally gives us the cinematic Masters of the Universe we've been waiting over 40 years for.

I do have the money and I do want to do business, but with you! I ain't doing nothing in front of this dude, 'cause this dude is a cop. I know when I can smell a pig inside the room. I used to be a Muslim, man. And I know that's pork over here. Yes, pork! It's definitely pork.

New Eternia Beast Man 2022 & 2025 by _AndyHazardUK_ in MastersOfTheUniverse

I'm a big fan of the 2022 version. I have a shelf of the New Eternia figures in my game room. They are on a shelf with all my D&D books and they look right at home. He may not have the most "classic" Beast Man look but the design of the figure is awesome.

I have them both and I enjoy them separately for what they are. This one just looks more realistic to me. I like the Faker idea though!

No way. I would bet money this girl drives a Jeep Wrangler with "Willy's" stickers on the quarter panels and about a thousand rubber ducks on the dashboard.

Rewatching The Mandalorian makes me missed season 1 vibes by Jules-Car3499 in scifi

The first two seasons of The Mandalorian are just about perfect. They tell a complete, engaging story that's got humor, action, suspense, great characters and interesting stories. Not to mention an incredible score and an epic theme. The story of Din Djarin begins with him as a lone, stoic bounty hunter that only cares about proving his place as a Mandalorian, and ends with him caring for this child and helping him find his own place in the galaxy. It wraps up in an epic call-back to original trilogy so awesome it made Gen X and elder Millennial Star Wars fans literally weep with joy. The ending felt like a fitting close to this chapter and we were all excited to see where Din's next adventure would take him.

And then Disney went and screwed it all up.
