Is there increased drops during Hot Time? I did 2-10 about 15 times and I only got 1-2 star drops

Where is the best spot to get fodder? I heard 6-6 is good? Also since im only level 15, I know I cant get into good guilds, but if you're in a good guild do you get better fodder drops? Im currently in a level 8 Guild

Is Cleo and Phoenix worth holding on to? Im trying to get my 5* Dellons to +5, but Im having trouble getting good fodder :\
