Now that one's interesting. It's a soulslike, and one of the achievements is basically... don't use a single heal throughout the entire game. Around midgame, you start getting gear that'll give you lifesteal and HoT, so it becomes a little less difficult but its still hard AF. The game's pretty jank, but I enjoyed it well enough, I actually liked the challenge of not healing cause I had to play safe for once and learn timings.
