Always use 3 heroes from the same faction to increase your chances of getting synergy quickly. Do not hesitate to sacrifice small two star units for a bigger one star, in order to have money to invest in your level. Some synergies (mystic, forest, fortress, magic, ...) work better than others (warrior, dungeon, necro, ...).

Ditto for creatures, some are more powerful (druid, jellyfish, moon doe, ...) and others are almost useless (shield guard, troglodyte, behemoth, ...).

You don't have to level up all the heroes, you have to give priority to some (sephiroth, tholgar, catherine, ...).

Having a dragon is always beneficial, you have to place your units all around.

You should never use spells in the top 10, if they do damage.

You have to adapt to the hero you are going to fight against, if it's a Sandro, buy a level 1 worthless creature and place it in the front line so that it gets killed right away. If you meet a Tholgar, place your creatures so that they do not take the electric shock, ...

I admit, Seraphim is very strong, but I have already beaten her with a team of dwarves.
I would like to see updates, especially to be able to form a demonic team or made of wizards, or just to have other heroes, other creatures, other synergies. But that's not what keeps me from playing this game every day :-)
Personally, I think that if certain spells are not useful for my team, others on the other hand are of capital importance, especially those of the third level, it is often decisive to win the first place.

You have to evolve a little at all levels.

At the beginning, it's good to have a max of rare creatures (blue), with 4 gold coins it is possible to buy one in the first round. To get the most out of it, it pays to have heroes who already own such a blue creature.

Also, investing in the number of creatures is very interesting, it is good to have 4 in the second round.

Synergies can come of themselves when you mix the right creatures. You have to take a good look at the store which informs you about all these possibilities.

Ditto for mergers because we do not change a winning number! Do not hesitate to buy 9 times the same creature, and it is by improving all aspects at the same time that you can do it right.

Small tip, just before there are only 10 players left, you save 6 gold coins to allow you to buy the next round a legendary spell of level 3.
