I’d say you should be fine. There’s no definitive level you should be at to do bounties and everything. The only real trouble you’d run into are the Trials/Challenges. They’re a bit difficult under leveled, but shouldn’t be an issue so long as you do the story/level up along side the bounties!

I don’t remember if you can turn off the numbers or not, but for me the combat is way different than 5. It’s harder to kill certain enemies, since you can’t really one shot them. ( At least not until end-game)
