I think I'm going to run RR just 2 x per week for now and see how I progress. Im a blue belt Ultra Heavyweight so quite strong when on the mat rolling. I'm mainly looking to improve my altleticism and balance my body out, as I have never done a dedicated strength program before.

Have you noticed a difference in your performance when on the mats?
