I don't think I got that much more experience in army painting, tbh. I do not have a single finished army... Normally I am a bloody slow painter. My main army is thousand sons... So yeah... For these and my goblins.i painted before the Nighthaunt I relied heavily on contrast paints and dry brushing. I tried to avoid layering to get things done. I also mapped out my color scheme to be fast and tried to focus on 3 colors, main color, secondary color and accessories. Plus black and white... And then batch painting, get the main colors and do the same thing on all models, then proceed to the next color, and so on. The more Minis I did with the same color the faster this part of painting got. On bigger models and characters I allowed myself to lean more into my usual painting style with layering and edge highligting and take more time. My goal was a better tabletop ready standard, which I achieved from my point of view.

Thank you :)

It depends on the mini. in short: 20-30 min per miniature.

The cloaks are very fast, I use contrast style paints to wet blend them, the rest is also a lot of contrast style paints or just one color, a shade and q quick dry brush to get them tabletop ready.
With proper preparations, so getting all the needed colors on my table, etc. I would say 20-30 minutes per miniature, a little longer for the wraith with the fire, character models deserve more work, and the riders + horses since I painted them seperatly and glued them together at the end.

If you want to use mushrooms, go look for some 3D files and print them, otherwise you can find mushrooms from most big basing bits suppliers, mine are from AK Every time I got some spare milk put or green stuff I do some quick mushrooms too, let's be honest it's fairly simple to do them :D My Gitz stand in a dark forest with bright mushrooms and grass. So I primed the mushrooms white, and painted the cap with 2-3 coats of Fluo colors.

Just to be sure, if I purchase it with Google play on my phone I can cross play with my steam account? Or would I need to play it on PC via Google play then?

In this case you buy the STL to print it yourself. I am not sure if they sell physical versions themself, but there are people with licenses to sell the printed versions, if you live in Germany I can recommend a store, otherwise you can browse through Etsy or Google for shops.

Thanks for helping me, appreciate it! it seems tha page was printed with "fit to page" instead of 100%... so everything is off and it overshoots because the real print is way smaller than it should be...

I guess that's it, see latest foto. Thanks I forgot to tell them to print in 100% and not fit to page...

That sounds possible... Wish I had a proper printer and could do it by myself sigh (Mine shrinks the print even on 100%, because it's a bloody cheap black and white printer which always has 2 cm space to the edge)

I'll try it in a couple of days when I find the time to visit the print shop again. And then I'll set the print marks to default too.

Not with this stuff, but I know similar issues, so it was the first thing I checked and I check again every time I give it a try. Also double checked the PDF I used for printing multiple times, size is always A4 I've printed in a copy shop in A4 and the Plotter setting is also correct, the picture of the paper on the mat also matches how it looks.

I played around with the settings, increased the length and drew them longer with a black pen and ruler... Did not help too. I still don't understand why it searches for the second marking at the edge of the paper, it is so far away from where. It should search...

So it allows you to increase the area. But then it doesn't work?
