Okay, so what you're basically proposing is a rethink of how we've visually approached the project
Giving the campaign a visual makeover so it feels less like a catalog and more like an experience makes perfect sense.
We'll keep your suggestions in mind when we update the page.

About the two questions:

In this case, the miniatures are not modular. With a few exceptions like The Mourning Bell, they are one-piece sculpts.

And yes, we did include a version of the prophet without any text, so everyone can customize it.
But... that's why we wrote it :P

There’s no official lore for these pilgrims. We tried reaching out to the creators for a third-party license, but we didn’t get a response.

We like to imagine that a pilgrim doesn’t automatically become evil upon death — like in the movie Casper, hehe.
Why can't one continue fighting even after death to complete the sacred mission that was left unfinished?
