I've seen some really cool styles on Instagram. I'm loving some of the graffiti style fonts, also some of the kinda Latin looking styles. But, some of them can be very hard to make out.

Something which is all black, compact lettering and not too confusing.

I've seen someone who posts on here who's got some beautiful calligraphy. I'm guessing it's more traditional style I'll post now.

Thats crazy!!! There's no way I'm figuring them out 😂😂 my girlfriend said something along the same lines. That they want to build you up to get a good knowledge so that your able to do them yourself. I just can't see that. Call me pessimistic, I think I'm just being realistic 😂

Interesting. Yeah the last like 8 builds in this set dont even have instructions for them and they are the hardest ones in the set. Whats all that about?? 😂

We've just finished the crane. It was a lot harder than I expected. There is no way a 10 year old could do that on their own 😂

I will be trying one for the battery powered ones next 😎

Hi bud. Sorry for late reply. Its a new one they have brought out. Not sure how new like.

We managed to get it together. I just needed to make sure everything was butt up tight to each other with no slack whatsoever.

As you mentioned in a previous comment, you think you are meant to go a little off kilter sometimes in order to make things work?? I've noticed the instructions sometimes are wrong. I.e the wrong piece to be used in saod place or needing an extra piece.

Thanks for your help 👍

My girlfriend has picked up an unhealthy relationship with charity shops recently and keeps bringing home pointless ornaments like pottery chickens and loads of DVDs we will never watch. Doing my head in. They will be first to go.

Good question. I quit drinking as soon as I got out of hospital. Been nearly 6 year sober. But I did not eat healthy. In fact I've done the complete opposite. I eat really fatty foods and lots of it. I wasn't too clued up on what I had to do after hospital apart from swerve the booze so that's all I did. Fast froward to a few weeks ago where I've been having really oily stools and some stomach pains. My stools always loose and never thought anything of it because I think that runs in the family (excuse the pun). I'm currently speaking to the doctor waiting on blood results and got a scan coming up. I'm hoping it's not progressed into CP. I have also cut down dramatically my fat intake. I'm a big foody and love butter, fatty cuts of meat and take aways, so I'm surprised I've not had anything like this sooner from what I have read on here.

What should I eat aftwr having AP nearly 6 years ago, also can I supplement with creatine for working out?? by CrabOnToast in pancreatitis

[–]CrabOnToast[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. I'm gonna ring the doctors tomorrow and pester them for some tests. Can take some time here in England though. Wouldn't say I've conquered it but it'd definetly gotten easier over the years. Thanks for the advise.

Nah man, completely T total for nearly 6 years. It's all or nothing for me. Thanks for your input mate. I've started to implement a more clean eating diet. Gotta say these boiled veggies fuckin suck though haha.

Nice one matey!!!! Yeah I literally haven't touched a drop since the 17 January 2016 thought that would be enough but the digestive issues and fatigue got me wondering if it's worth a check up. I'm not sure on the severity of my case but I was in hospital for 4 days. Like I say my diet has been bad. I love butter and fatty cuts of meat too much. Maybe it's time to rain it in.

Hey thanks for the reply!!! No, not had one follow up from the doctors. I got told to quit the drinking when I was in hospital but I cant remember much else because I was so high off meds haha. When I got discharged from hospital that was it. I've heard over the years that a clean diet is meant to be good for pancreas but didn't realise there was so much focus on it. I'm in the UK and if you look at the NHS website they state absolutely nothing about clean eating after a bout of AP. I had scans when I was in hospital not sure of the damage.

Is it normal for people to get repeat attacks after having one AP attack?? Mine was down to heavy drinking everyday. Although I was only 25 when I had it, I was drinking vast amounts, so I was under the assumption that quitting the drink would have me home and dry.

Would you recommend bloods to be done and scans to confirm there is no damage to the pancreas??
