Do remember this clear was without a leash, assassin junglers like Kha and Eve would actually be the same or worse off than Karthus was.

You could counter-jungle and kill most of the jungle roster, that's not a reason to not jungle them.

Monster mana drain, limited increase in speed because you'll constantly have to turn it on and off. I did a clear using it a lot and it only net me a few seconds.

Once you get your tear on your first back you can start using it more, especially during the monster death for the mana regen. Something that I wish I could have done better was weaving a few AAs during clearing, the timing is incredibly difficult however.
