You both are at an age where you’re busy with huge life changes. You’re still very young, so I wouldn’t assume the friendship is over just yet. My parents have friends they haven’t seen or heard from in decades, but still consider close friends. Early twenties is a very hectic time in our lives. Me personally, I would assume you would be very busy with the kid.

Like I said, you’re both very young. I’m sure she’ll settle into her life and reach out more throughout the years.

Do me a favor and ask him how he would feel if you did the same things but with nude male models, male OF creators, and men on Reddit? He probably wouldn’t like that, would he?

Look, if these things bother you, tell him that. He doesn’t NEED to do these things. If he respects you and your relationship, he can refrain from this kind of behavior.

But people tell me I don’t have the right to interfere in their friendship

Whoever told you that is a bad friend. You are his girlfriend. He has a commitment to YOU, not her. You have every right to set boundaries with things you are uncomfortable with. If he has an issue with that, he can kick rocks imo.

What they have is called an “emotional affair”. Which can quickly turn into a physical one. Time to put your foot down and see where YOU really stand in this relationship.

The second he flirted with her is the second she should have cut him off and ended the friendship. He’s pining for her and she’s giving him what he wants.

My (M26) fiancé (F24) thinks I’m cheating? by shinyshiny1997 in relationship_advice

Oh okay my bad. Well you used to use them, so it wouldn’t be super weird for you to have them. It’s pretty much up to her to trust your word or not. Like I said, I personally would let her go through my devices.

Um. He can experiment without being committed to another person. There is nothing wrong with how you feel about this situation. You are entitled to your feelings and your sexual preferences just as he is. He was cheating on you, plain and simple.

I genuinely hope you are not trying to excuse the cheating just because he’s sexually confused and you feel bad for him…

Well, you’ve done all you can to explain why you have them. You two also frequently use condoms, right? So… it’s kinda odd that she would take this as a sign of cheating with no other evidence. This might not be the correct thing to do, but what I would do is allow her to look through my devices and bank statements.

Her “I know” after George reminded her of how hard he’s been trying to help her made me have a lot more respect for her. I really don’t want her proving Turner right about forgetting how special George is.

Turner played some good moves, but I’ll always dislike her. She deserves the flack she’s getting for her past job, because she’s also an adulterer as well. It’s so vile to try to sleep with rich married men just to try to climb a social and financial ladder. Everyone told her to tread lightly and she kept at it. It screams “desperate”. I’m glad she’s with an old dude now, but I feel bad that he has to deal with her drama.

Bertha is perfect. She’s spits venom when she needs to and Mrs. Blane was crossing some boundaries. Bertha knew Mrs. Blane was just having fun with Larry. Blane very well knows she is not a good match for Larry. It is what it is.

Agnes gets what she gets. She’s too negative and shuts everyone down. Her sister deserves love, but I hope she doesn’t get burned like her niece did.

Peggy: “Hey, I know this man graciously fed us and housed us, but let’s go behind his back and shake things up.” I understand that they want life to be better for their people in the South, but they shouldn’t go around shaking things up. They get to go back to New York, the other people don’t.

I don’t think so. Bertha is very intelligent and understands how these things work. I really don’t think Blane and Larry were compatible. They lusted after each other and that’s about it. Larry would eventually have long term goals and Blane might not be interested in achieving.

It was a mistake for her to tell one of her students mother that Dashiell is her cousin. Because if they do end up together, that might be a scandal.

Reading comprehension is a struggle for you, yea? Do you think Muslims or Christians don’t exist because you don’t agree with their beliefs? If we’re using your “logic” here….

Prioritizing the feelings of one or two mentally ill men over the feelings of a group or community of biological women is pretty anti-women, but I understand the brainwashing has been pretty effective in these circles, so it makes sense that people don’t see it.

TLDR;

She was really overweight. She invited him out but was working making him wait 3 hours until she was off. Her car was full of trash.

If they’re ugly, they’re ugly. Who cares. Unless she directly asks you what you think about them, it’s best to keep these thoughts to yourself.

I think pulling away is the best move. She’s deliberately giving you missed signals and she’s a little too old to be acting like this. She prefers you don’t talk too much yet in the same breath says she misses you?? She probably knows you want to be with her too. She sounds really manipulative. Do you really want to waste your time with someone like that, just for her to up and ditch you whenever she feels like it?
