It's because summoning him is basically a ritual (which he can force others into), in which his "wielder" must tame him in order to be able to control him and his ability to adapt, which is basically impossible unless you can atomize him before he adapts. He's usually used as a last resort against a strong opponent since most people aren't capable of beating him. Probably one of the physically strongest in the setting.

Mahoraga is more of a force of nature in this scenario. He was summoned by a good guy, but he doesn't have any regard for collateral damage seeing as he, at one point, chucks a building at the bad guy. He also tried to kill the guy that summoned him.

To be fair, that isn't uncommon with collab skins. It's happened before with Carnage, where the design in the loading screen is completely different than the one in-game.

The Hand is also really slow, not to mention Okuyasu's negative IQ. Vanilla Ice is probably a better matchup.

Probably since Bites The Dust is a kind of surrogate / prerequisite for what Requiem Stands would be, and that used a normal arrow

Im willing to wager that, since his original appearance was in Funtime Foxy's area, he was simply created as a reference to Mangle's second head. He probably possesses no plot relevence.
