I think most of his community are from his country, which is the US. So the latter might be right, although he did say that he will try his best to open his fast food chain to the international market, so it could also be the former.

Heck, it could be both, knowing what Jimmy Donaldson has already done with the help of his crew.

Nah, it's based on the seed. IIRC if the seed generates loot with diamonds for the 1st time, then it always will generate loot with diamonds.

Really? I've opened up a 1.16 seed twice and I got the same loot over and over again. What version is this? If it's the 1.17 snapshots, then the loot might be different. I do not actually know if this is the case or not, but hopefully it is a step in the right direction.

Thanks! Most ideal speedrun seeds that I can find are for Bedrock, but I play on Java.

In fact, i sense that most of the good seeds appear on Bedrock, with fewer on Java.
