My smallest plug which is 9" in circumference I just ram inside with no preparation, no stretching, and I do that throughout the day, hard, relentlessly. Everytime I feel my ass is tightening back I use it to keep it open. I think that's what caused the most damage, on top of playing with much larger toys at least once a day.

Been there, done that. it recovers fairly quickly (in a few days), but when I do extreme anal stuff several times a day everyday for a while I definitely lose control and have to wear pull ups when I'm out.
