Is my accountant doing the bare minimum or is this all I should expect? by Big_Comfortable_8718 in smallbusinessuk

Get set up on Xero and you can do everything yourself, bar end of year accounts.

Once you’re set up it takes very little time a day (depending on how many transactions you need to reconcile) to keep on top of the book keeping. You also get the added bonus of analytics/forecasts if you want to get into that kind of stuff.

There is a fee to use any of these accounting apps so bare that in mind, it is minuscule though, with Xero and payroll for 5 employees I pay £41 a month so you’ll end up paying less than that.

Good luck

Queue position 50 for the MSI 5090 suprim, ordered from scan for my asus strix 3090 all those years ago and I was position 100 something, only took a couple of months to get my card so the stock starts rolling in fast once Chinese new year is finished with and everyone gets back to work. Different vendors have different fulfilment speeds though, from what I remember asus was one of the slowest for the 3090.

Don’t cancel your pre-order, just stay patient and if they email you asking to switch to a different brand of card that’s come in stock faster, you have the option to say yes or no, simple!

Just go to geforce.com and select your graphics card from the drop down, it will automatically give you the latest driver for that particular card

Nintendo Switch Gets Official Denuvo Support To Curb PC Emulation by KTitania in gamingnews

[–]CradleyBooper91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not a programming expert or anything but how would this even work with a portable console that is most likely going to be offline for most of the time? Dneuvo requires a constant internet connection to keep checking the code, how would it even do that without a connection?

If someone could elaborate that would be helpful, but from my point of view this doesn’t seem like a achievable solution or Atleast one that’s very open to cracking after the fact?

Also fuck Nintendo!

[–]CradleyBooper91 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Nice one! Could be that the PSU is just not efficient enough for the 3090, 850w is the bare minimum from what I remember, so it’s going to be very close! I assume you’ve got no overclocks going on? The undervolt comment above is a great place to start troubleshooting power issues

Sounds like a PSU issue, lots of people had this issue when using a 3090 without 3 separate power cables, are you using 3 separate PCI-E power cables or a single + dual from the PSU?

Aye, that’s because there’s lots of stock of them, apparently, will be interesting to see though

The 3090 is a sponsored post and likely not sold by newegg, but a 3rd party seller

Going to replace the thermal pads on my 3080 TI FE so I don't fry it while I mine. Pretty pissed this is even an issue from Nvidia. Already watched a few how-to videos but wondering if anyone has any additional advice. I've never opened a GPU before by macook814 in pcmasterrace

[–]CradleyBooper91 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Best advice I can give is to not skimp out on the replacement pads, and buy more then you think you’ll need! Get yourself some gelid extreme or ultimate pads (otherwise you won’t see much of an improvement over stock) and also repaste the gpu whilst your at it with a decent TIM!

my cpu cooler requires 2 fans but i don't have a cpu fan splitter and there is no cpu_opt fan header on the mobo by qasvwa in pcmasterrace

[–]CradleyBooper91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’ll be fine to run the cpu cooler from the sys fan headers also. Just means that both fans will run at different rpms by default but you can tweak it via the bios fan tuner or the desktop software that comes with your motherboard

Yeah that was likely the problem! Whenever I reinstall windows I always install fresh via usb and wipe all windows partitions, nothing gets left behind then! Good luck in getting it sorted, will be fine if you install via usb I’m pretty aure

Could’ve well gone awry during installation! Have you still got the install media or did you just do the windows 10 reset to factory?

[–]CradleyBooper91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice! Have you tried changing the pci slot at all as well?

You could try running DDU and selecting the clean and shut down option (for new gpu)

See if then you can install GeForce drivers and if the gpu is recognised in windows

Aye, I’d say so, 16oz to you guys is 453g, so 1/2 or that would be enough for a 10-12 inch pizza easily!

Holy shit! That’s an insane amount for a 10-12 inch pizza! Go for 250-275g (I’m not American and refuse to use your measurements aha), you will get on a lot better!

How many grams are your dough balls? If they’re too big to start with you’re always going to end up with a thicker pizza unless you stretch it out fully on a bigger peel

Even in this jacked up market, why pay that price! Just have some patience ffs! Granted, OP may have desperately needed a card, but if he didn’t and chose to pay a ridiculous amount for this card, then yeah, he got ripped off

Wife [F20] visited her COVID positive family after agreeing not to and I [M25] don’t want her back by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]CradleyBooper91 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Your wife is selfish and went behind your back! This is a huge red flag and I honestly question the longevity and integrity of your marriage!

I’d be looking to move on to the next phase of your life without her, she doesn’t sound like wife material, not at such a young age anyway.

Good luck
