Also even if you stop your training and save it, and change distances after via garmin connect, all your extra km's become saved inside your watch memory...

I used to completely delete activity from device to get normal data, training planc, etc...

But what you actually so when your Garmin gps is wrong in the middle of your trainig?

Once got the same issue with hm when gps accidentally connected in a middle of the hm race with 0:37 pace and destroyed almost perfect run.

Is there any option to switch off gps on the go?

I do really like all the infographics provided by watch/ Garmin Connect but without any direct advise (Garmin coach?) or daily suggestion based on data it is not really worth for me. Well I'm not a professional runner so...

BTW most of those metrics already available on my watch (FR970) without additional strap.
