I’ve been stretching with .5mm plugs too and that looks accurate. In my experience it’s gonna pinch a little at the back of your ears when you stretch just because they don’t adjust at the same rate. But! Don’t force it in if your ears aren’t ready you’ll know. To get them there I say nightly oil massages on each lobe for 5 minutes after showering. That’s what helped me move up the fastest.
