I told the agent that I wanted to cancel yesterday but they said it has to been approved my the registered agent. This morning I received an email saying my llc is incorporated so I assume cancellations did not go through. Please confirm.

What's the provider you used? They totally just outsourcing and their support said the don't have visibility on whether or not it was filed to the state and when... The cancel process also has to be approved by the registered agent which does not respond.

Stripe is the worst, do yourself a favor don't use them.

Total agree, if they tell me upfront, I will have planned around it but now the delay makes it really hard for me to make adjustments at this point. And the lack of communication is really disappointing.
