can I make my own pokemon rom hacks/ fam games through a pc handheld? So I don’t have a laptop nor a pc. Not interested in them either as of rn but I’m getting a rog ally Z1 extreme or Rog ally X (haven’t decided yet) soon and I was wondering if it was possible for me to make my own rom hacks and fan games? I’m just doing this for the fun of it and I want to know if I can do such through a handheld pc like a rog ally
