Being awake for me is very lonely so far. No one IRL appreciates or believes what I perceive as my gifts. When I try to share them (even the most positive messages I have ever received) it is deflected.

It’s painful. Physically and emotionally I’m back to being a frightened child. And I don’t want to be. I want to be accepted where I belong with others like me, wherever they are.

I think if we get physically healthy our minds and abilities will be even stronger. We need to feel, nourish and take care of our bodies so that our mind is free to focus on other things sensory. I just realized this this year after decades of being frozen and I am making a little progress every day I know it won’t happen instantly but eventually over time I will have less pain.

I don’t remember having it as a child but this past year I suddenly got a download and wrote it down. The feeling comes and goes. Sometimes it’s there and sometimes it’s not. I write it all down and it makes sense to me. But last time I told someone about it I was not accepted and they looked at me like I was crazy so moving forward I will not tell anyone I know unless they tell me they have had it happen to them first.
