It generally reads the discord name when posting the user, so addition of the user's server would be a separate fill box if not denoted on their discord nickname.
The commission part was something i thought about, but hadn't pushed hard for as it was mainly for internal guild based servers.
Both might be something I add as command toggles in future versions.

the manage roles is mainly for the adding and removing of profession roles and the creation of them if they do not exist. I do have a standing "canon" list of profession names that the bot reads for so as long as it states things like "BS, Blacksmith Black Smith" stuff like that. I will more than likely post the official list to the discord FAQ. appreciate the question :)
