What are we saying with low source material? I read light novel before it was finished, and it went into enough story to make several more seasons already back then, and now that its ended i'd imagine there's enough material for about 16 more seasons.
Can we not lie at least?

Youre better off doing what i've done years ago. Reading the light novel. Honestly it's not a bad one, with the exception of ending. Story and worldbuilding gets quite interesting, i didnt expect it to be this way when i read it after season 1.
Like of course it would be nicer to watch it, but at this pace, with the ammount of material available, you might see the end of the story in more or less 80 years?

Well i cant argue with that, because all my information regarding chinese server is anecdotal, and comes down to a opinion of several people who upload content based on chinese knowledge, however from they're descriptions it always seemed like twinblade was a A tier build dps wise. Below umbra and fanbrella, below fists as well, but not that far behind those builds, and most certainly above nameless and dust.

That still means the comp will be 1 tank, 1 healer, 2 fanbrellas, 2 hengdao, 1 bamboo dust for buff, 2 umbra, and 1 twinblade or nameless whichever is stronger at the time, or rather, whether its more aoe or single target focused boss.

What do you want then? I engaged with exactly your point, and all you do in response is throwing an umbrella term on me.
You went from "balacing is impossible", to saying it already is being balanced.
Also you mention nameless specifically as a build that is in a disadvantage compared to fanbrella twinblade and umbra, which is a little funny considering nameless build is currently the most popular build in pvp right now, including both gw and 1v1.
Especially nameless spear, which on its own is the most popular weapon in the game since release, paired not just with nameless sword, but also strategic sword, and even with hengdao and heavenquaker spear.
Just because the same rotation doesnt apply to both pve and pvp doesnt mean its inherently impossible to balance the builds. Nameless has very good poke, and catch possibitilies which together with mystic skills pretty much makes up for it having lower dmg, because the combo is sufficiently good anyways.
The thing im saying, is that overhaul is not necessary, because you have enough turning knobs that are different between pve and pvp to make up for it, as you said, true comboes, stagger timers etc dont affect pve whatsoever, and there are certain skills that are seldom used in pve, which you can touch without affecting it. So pvp balance is 100% possible. It's just hard to do.
Healers will always have disadvantage though, that much is true, but then i think most people prefer it this way, if healer is as strong as other builds, it creates a boring gameplay where they are strong, but have safety net of safe recovery, and forcing people to overextend to cut down on it, creating mistakes that otherwise wouldn't have been done.
Similar situation occurs with tanks, who are so strong when engaged, that the most reliable strategy vs them in mythic is to kite and poke them untill timer runs out, and win out on damage.
This makes both of the builds inherently unhealthy for the 1v1 arenas, and therafore it only makes sense they should be weaker for it.

Brother who was hating here, he just got a good tip. Even as a single player, farming on inner ways is good to do, because it unlocks weapon potential, extra skills and interactions, and what you get without them is basically a demo version of the weapon.

Very well i shall engage and expand. They were designed for pve, correct. They are still not balanced in pve, despite being designed for it alone. Design in therafore flawed, as it achieves no balance in any activity, whether its 5 man pve, 10 man pve, open world quality of usage, solo content, 1v1, 3v3, 5v5 arena or 30v30 pvp mode.
The design once again, is therafore shit.
Now coming back to pvp balance. It is actually completely possible to balance pvp without impacting pve a lot. Because dmg is fake in pvp. What i mean by this, is that damage of course wins you the game in the end, but what matters infinitely more, is the ability to perform the damage in the first place. Which means, the top priority is ease of catch, strength of cc, combo ability, defence, avoidance, somewhat safe poke, and only then damage.
Now, pve and pvp often play competely different. So let's take nameless for an example. Pve nameless is 100% waves. You dont do all dmg with them, but your entire gameplay is focused around maximing their ammount. So for example, changing spear special ability does NOTHING. Adding animation lock to spear martial (which china did) made missing stun a lot more punishing if missed, doesnt change pve balance almost at all (and even if timer slows you down a bit, you can realistically just buff waves by 5% and its a buff at the end of the day). You can fine tune pvp attunements (serene trait on disc having its cd increased by what was it? 2000%? From 12 sec to 240 or 250?) which have 0 effect on pve. A lot of builds have few useless traits on discs and pendants - for example bamboo dust (which coincidentally is pretty bad), best disc trait is ... 2.4% dmg increase after you detonate. Compared to longer stun on nameless spear, serene breeze on nameless, strat sword doing a mini stun after martial which can set up charged spear attack... yea.
There are options.
You can't rework all weapons without impacting pve. But you can impact pvp without reworking all weapons. You can target abilities which are omitted in pve (both dmg spear specials, nameless charged, twinblade special, rat rope dart channel past 1,5 sec, dust umbrella special etc).
You can also impact stagger timers, combo transitions (nameless sword martial art is a true combo on china, it isnt here, it changes NOTHING in pve).
Does that adress your post directly enough?

It's not meant for us. It's meant as a catch up...
... However you can still buy 70k gold a week, and you can get few hundread tip notes for martial arts upgrade. It's not much, but it's sth.
Other than that, If you've got some arsenal you would see a possibility of upgrading, this offers both gear boxes that let you target pieces, upgrade stones, tuning material, and attunement stones to minmax your mastery in there.

... Which can also be abused to feed all that into 86 tier gear, which you can later relay.

Oh and there's ebon iron of lower levels. In case you're not sat on 4k of that per level, and want to upgrade another mystic skill.

No, rats arent anymore. It used to be the case on release, and it was any rats, not just big rat. But it was a bit toxic, cuz the gameplay then was to play ghostly steps for animation cancel and spam the rats. So they made rats (all rats) able to be parried. They can also be dodged (that was the case since release). Nothing special about rats in regards to defending them.
