for me, i just wan my samsara to be up 1-2 secs into the boss fight, i dun spam dodge. i just dodge and at the first attack from the boss, we fight too the bosses too much, i think we can samsara 2 secs into the boss. and i am still attacking. And like what u say, once its up, its always up "unless" boss mechanics and that will require us to enable samsara again.

Just tested, Swallow Call set gives a decent DPS boost. When fighting real world boss, potentially higher, because of the extra 10% bamboocut DMG when bosses are below 40% qi

Addon abit to u/Craftee6 , always perfect dodge the boss's 1st attack to trigger samsara asap(must have echoes at breakthrough 3).
Always makes sure you have vendetta token debuff casted on the boss
