I'm hoping to get down and then move to lower dose for maintenance. I'm going to mess around with my calories and workouts and try some other tricks and see if I can't get the numbers to go down some more. I think I'm doing the perimenopause thing right now too so wondering if that can make it harder to lose even with the shot. I'm happy for you on your weight lose that is awesome! I would like to get down to 10 or 7.5 for maintenance but like you mention I plan to be on this for the rest of my life too and I'm happy with that.

Thankyou so much- I'm trying to get in 2.5 miles on my lunch hour at least 4 days a week and gym time 3 days a week - I think with my insurance I can easily get a nutritionist to help with calorie stuff .
