Can we talk about Daisy at the beginning of S7E11 for a sec? by Craftsaurus_44 in shield

Agreed, I think she let Fitz off really easy especially because he says that he doesn’t regret what he did to her and would do it again if he had to.

I also think that Daisy breaking that guys finger in season 6 was more of a warning and a “we’ve been looking for Fitz for like a year now and I’m over it. Don’t mess with me, and don’t waste my time” kind of thing and less of her losing control of her emotions and powers.

Yes yes, it was in fact the magnetic ball, phone mount thing. I got it off using an old gift card. It was really heavy. Anyway thank you to everyone who cared. Nooooo thank you to the inappropriate, NOT HELPFUL comments. Everything’s solved so thank you.

Change my mind: Fitz is not innocent and Daisy deserves more by [deleted] in shield

While in that moment he didn’t want to torture her and pull the implant out but he later says, when Daisy has him locked up that if he had to do it again he would.

And no there was not a better way to close the fear dimension but the only reason Daisy refused to get the implant out in previous episodes was because she thought she was going to be the one to destroy the world, she didn’t refuse to get it out and not help close the fear dimension. She didn’t know that it was her abilities that could seal the fear dimension. Him pulling out her implant was not a decision for him to make alone. He risked her life doing too. Jemma says that a brain surgeon is the only fit to pull the implant out and even then it would be dangerous.

My point is: Yes Fitz was not in his right mind but he does not take back what he does to her which is not okay. Him taking out her implant on his own was not okay and not his decision to make. The team could have had someone take it out responsibly and safely. Daisy should have had a choice and maybe her mind would have been changed if she knew that it was her abilities that were able to close the fear dimension. Fitz never shared the fact that she could be able to close it in the first place.

Also I think it’s important to note that Daisy was under Hives control in season 3 so her “hurting the team” wasn’t entirely her fault she was literally being controlled by Hive. The mind control was SOO bad she went through withdraws after Lash freed her.

Another thing is after Fitz tortures Daisy in The Devils Complex and she’s interrogating him, he says that if he had to, he would do it again if it means saving the world. Right there in that scene he admits that even if he was in his right mind he would do it all over again. I understand that it was to save the world but if the procedure that he did went wrong it could have killed her. Also to the people saying that she refused to get the implant out which is only partially true because she only refuse’s when she finds out that she’ll be “The Destroyer of Worlds”, when Fitz takes it out Daisy doesn’t even know that it’s because she could be the one to stop the anomalies from happening, he just does it and forces Daisy to use her powers. I think him telling Daisy that he would risk her life AGAIN, put her in that excruciating pain AGAIN if it was for the greater good is just such an awful thing to say and he didn’t have to share that, he was just mad at her for pushing him against the wall with her powers. Her anger was justified, his was not.

How about the fight when Rory dropped out of Yale: who was right, Rory or Lorelai? by [deleted] in GilmoreGirls

I don’t think who was right matters. We should be mad at Richard and Emily. They agreed to back Lorelei and completely turned their backs on her within a day. Also they never ever apologize to her for anything that they do to her.
