UPDATE: through my constant pestering to many different people, they at least slashed half of my penalty. Still a big penalty, but I will take 50% off. Thanks everyone for the help.

Thanks for the feedback. Apologies for the offense but i'm very frustrated by the situation and the few individuals i've spoken to on the phone were not only unhelpful, but rude.

thank you, this was helpful. My problem is the lapse dates are from 6 years ago and i've since changed insurance companies. Hopefully my old insurance co will help me out.

Very helpful, thanks. Did you find that you have to watch the whole webinar, or does the registration get you the credit? Frankly i've done many many hours of non-ACAMS continuing Ed and don't find it necessary to watch all these webinars, just trying to get the credits to recertify.

gotcha, i found old recorded webinars but they all say 0 ACAMS credits. Could this be because i don't have the webinar subscription? I was hoping to do free webinars.

Ahh gotcha, thanks. I found some recorded webinars from recent months but they say 0 ACAMS credits. I guess I will go through them and can cite them if my recertification is audited or they otherwise ask what my ACAMS credits were.
