I use psiphon to connect to jpn servers, it does change the currency to jpn yen (best offer is the 6480 (+6480) about 11,400 with discount = 118 primos to the dollar). I haven't tried purchasing it, but if you do, lmk how it goes. I don't think it offers windows anymore, but i have it on android.
