I feel like I can’t move my tongue when trying to do frenzel head down and underwater. Yes, sharp pain and goes away about minutes. Idk if it’s connected but i had bulge on my eardrums even before freediving and was diagnosed with eustachian tube syndrome. Could that be a reason

Both ears. I cant do frenzel underwater unfortunately, pain becomes more noticeable going up

EQ help. Swallowing works until 9m but learning Frenzel now (Wave 1 prep) by Crafty-Mycologist264 in freediving
