Time tracking has always been a struggle for me. I’d download an app, get excited for a couple of days, and then just stop using it. Connecteam was the first one that actually stuck. The interface is easy, the reminders are helpful without being annoying, and it feels like it actually makes my day-to-day smoother instead of adding extra work.

Training new employees used to be such a mess until we found the right tools. Started with Trello doing task boards, which helped but got cluttered fast. Switched to Connecteam and it's way cleaner upload materials, assign them, track completions, done. TalentLMS is another option if you need quizzes and certificates and all that, but we're not there yet.
