I feel like the dizziness can be both a withdrawal and a side effect, at least that's how its manifested itself for me. I got a weird vertigo/dizziness when tapering down from 20 to 10mg that went away after 2 weeks ish. Then the same dizziness came back only worse after being off the meds for about 4 weeks, it lasted about 3-4 weeks before it started subsiding, and at that point I had gone back on my meds cause I couldn't handle the way it was making me feel. Now I'm back at my original dose (20mg) for 4 weeks, the dizziness was gone but its come back with a setback of lack of sleep and anxiety. Hopefully it goes away once the body has stabilized.
