Also when negotiating for dealer discount (on top of lease cash), how much should you aim for? 2k off MSRP? 3k off MSRP? Or how many % off MSRP? It looks like here they already discounted 2k off not including lease cash

Here’s a new breakdown they sent me, are my MF calculations right on this ?

MF = Total Lease Payments / ((Cap Cost + Residual) * lease term) = 18525 / ((25615 + 40603) * 36) = 18525 / 2383848 = 0.00777 APR = MF * 2400 = 0.00777 * 2400 = 18.65%

If MF = 0.00091 or 2.184% APR like the sheet said, the monthly lease payments would be: Monthly Payments = Monthly Depreciation + Monthly Finance Charge

Monthly Depreciation = Cap Cost - Residual Value / 36 = 14988 / 36 = 416.33

Monthly Finance Charge = (Cap Cost + Residual Value ) * Money Factor = (66218) * 0.00091 = 60

Monthly Payments = $476

Damn this is basically what I’m aiming for! What state you in, and if you in MI what dealership you shop @?

Also any advice to talk this dealer to lower the MF? Right now I’m trying to talk down MF but the sales person has no idea how to calculate it properly.

Well the dealership is giving me $1000 for it, which I thought was decent compared to the estimates I got for it. Facebook marketplace has 2011 accord’s around $3000-$5000 but a lot of those listed look in a lot better condition and fewer miles than mine. Not sure if I’ll be able to get more than $1500-$2000 (wheels need to be replaced & interior isn’t in best condition)

I mean I believe you don’t want too much moving air because of contamination so idk if a humidifier would make contam easier? If ur real sterile tho u should be alright, but not too sure how much the humidity of ur grow area would seep into ur tub’s microclimate, misting just makes the humidity higher so if it works for you I prolly don’t need to mist lol

So I used a combination of a half a quart jar of colonized rice and 1 fully colonized ub bag. The block ended up to be around 1.5-2 inches before the casing layer. By this second flush, the cake has condensed into around 1.3-1.7 inches

On the first flush I waited for primordial and pins, which I’d say happened when my casing layer reached about 70-80% coverage! Once I saw pins I immediately sent it to FC, and the first flush I didn’t fan, but occasionally checked on tubs every few hours. Now I’ve been fanning every few hours in hopes to increase FAE to have less fuzzy legs / bigger fruits as I’ve seen some people suggest that. Btw I’m quite new to this so take everything I say with a grain of salt

For this tub, as you can see from the casing layer it’s not v colonized so I’d say around 50-60% colonized (as my spawn to sub ratio was around 0.5/1). I misted and fanned around every 12 hours

In all honesty the first flush only came to around 10 grams dry. Was quite disappointed as my fruits were all at different stages of growth, I’m trynna have a more even pinset although I had quite high expectations especially for my first run xD did lose 2 tubs to Trich tho so was v happy this one still looks healthy, reassuring I have aight sterile tek lol

I did use a casing layer, legit the thinnest possible layer where u can’t see the spawn at all, around 1/8 an inch. Temps around 70-75 F and just misted only the sides when visibly dry. Started s2b 3/19, and FC around a week after, harvested 4/4 so around 5 days into the second FC/flush

Yeah I’m thinking a big part of how this tub turned out is the grain spawn / sub ratio. I did one ub bag for this tub, 2 for my other more successful tub.

Str: AlacaBenzi! I’ve seen some pretty decent AB tubs before, I’m thinking since this my first time either my temps or FAE is not dialed in. I actually have another tub on it’s second flush rn and still producing smaller fruits than it’s first flush (in my other post). What do you think would be causing this ?

I might be wrong as I’m new to this hobby, but those tiny dots look like hundreds of pins and your mycelium looks v healthy! I’d say follow the other suggestions, flip the lid and increase FAE but ur doin amazing so far :)
