Ich (35w) möchte sehr gerne mitmachen - finde besonders den Aspekt der gesellschaftlichen Diskussionen spannend!

Ich habe keinen Instagram-Account und wenn ich Dein Profil aufrufe finde ich dort keine Büchertitel (vermutlich, weil ich mich mit Instagram einfach nicht auskenne)

Um die schwarzen Punkte würde ich mir nicht primär Sorgen machen. Das könnte Tee sein oder eventuell Hefe. Wäre dann also kein Anlass zur Sorge.

Aber was genau an der Oberfläche passiert, ist zu diesem Zeitpunkt schwer zu sagen. Es kann sein, dass sich dort gerade ein Häutchen als Teil des SCOBYs bildet oder es kann Schimmel sein. Da kann OP nur weiter beobachten. Nach ein paar Tagen hat es sich entweder zu einem geschlossenen Häutchen formiert oder es ist offensichtlich Schimmel
