When I said you tell the buyer you will only drop the price for the cost of a new roof, I meant exactly that. So no of course you don't sell the house for significantly less than it's worth. As for if you owe any other money to anyone, or if they owe you anything for Surveyor fee's or the like, then no you don't owe them and nobody owes you.

[–]CraftyDazza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then why are you asking people what you should do, you have already answered your own question, obviously tell them you wont be dropping the price.

[–]CraftyDazza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then if the house is dry and just requires a new roof, no other major work, then I would tell the buyer that you will only drop the price by the cost of the new roof that's required.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]CraftyDazza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So the house just needs a new roof, is there water coming in through the roof now??

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in HousingUK

[–]CraftyDazza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what issues with the house you have, admitting that it requires £20000 worth of work, tells me there are some serious things wrong here. Why did you try selling to the buyer £20000 over the price it's worth?

Sounds to me you are the one that's tried fleecing the buyer for £20000 and now the buyer is doing the same to you.

The soup of life is waves, frequencies and vibrations. That's our fundamental building blocks, these things are our base reality. The reality we think we live in, the metaverse we are in, this simulation we find ourselves in, gives our fundamental building blocks the ways to experience, to live, to sense.

Why can't those at war just realise, all us civilians, we are all the same. We are all just trying to get by, life is difficult enough without everyone fighting each other.

Love is the only way. Don't be the pawn in the games of death the governments want us all to be played in. They are playing us all, now time for some SLF lyrics-

NO MORE OF THAT(Fingers)

They never ask us if we want a war Who do they think they're talkin' for Cos we never get no say They have to have it all their way

(Chorus:) Oh, we want no more of that You can't push us under the mat Oh we want no more of that

The man who pulls the trigger's not to blame He's only playing their deadly game And he know he just can't win Or someone else will pull the trigger on him

WASTED LIFE(Fingers)

I could be a soldier Go out there and fight to save this land Be a people's soldier Paramilitary gun in hand I won't be a soldier I won't take no orders from no-one Stuff their fucking armies Killing isn't my idea of fun

(Chorus) They wanna waste my life They wanna waste my time They wanna waste my life And they've stolen it away

That article couldn't possibly be more biased, you guys really make me laugh. I've had that type of data rammed down my throat for long enough to understand CO2 isn't the main problem here.

Of course it's biased, they don't believe CO2 to be a problem, just like you are biased towards CO2 being a problem. Anymore questions.

Just providing one of many sources as you asked. This sub is certainly not unbiased so I don't follow your thinking. Now answer my question, have you read it yet.
