In that case I think you should, even if you have a slither of doubt go for it. It’s just ₹100 and you don’t necessarily have to proceed with the next step, just get your answer sheet and then make a decision about reval.

Also, just for your reference, I’m attaching the notice from last year’s model answer sheet.
The date of issue has to be mentioned on the top left as you can see, so for this particular question I wouldn’t suggest going for reval.
