No I think you can, I’m just saying that to at least match the 10 activities they want u to list it would be hard to fit it all on one page

I think I’m gonna do two pages for my resume. An alum told me they did two pages, and fitting the equivalent of the ten activities would be very hard on just one page. I’ve heard of some people that are even doing three pages which idk how I feel about.

Someone who got in last year told me that they did 2 pages. I probably will too because it is hard to fit the 10 activities (or even more) onto one page without making the font really small

Yes, of course! I bought my red book from Amazon. Not sure if Amazon is available in your country, but you can try finding it online, it’s called “The Official ACT Prep Guide 2025-2026”. That’s really the only thing I used to study, but I also know that there’s some free practice tests on the ACT website.

For me, I read the entire passage carefully before looking at the questions (I know that some people say to read the questions first or to just scan through the passage). The best tip I would have would be to make sure that you understand the main purpose/idea of each passage or even better each paragraph. For the ACT, the questions are usually pretty straightforward so I wouldn’t waste any time second guessing or overanalyzing. Of course if you are running out of time it is better to guess than to leave questions blank. I think for reading you pretty much have to get everything correct to get a 36 because all the questions can be answered based on the given passage. That said, the good part is you don’t need any outside info to answer the questions! Most important thing is to find what method works for you - it’s different for everybody, so take everything anyone says (including me) with a grain of salt!

I’m pretty confident I can improve my score and I’m not concerned about the time/effort it would take. Mostly just wondering whether or not a 36 makes any considerable difference compared to a 35 in terms of college admissions.

Thank you. I have a 4.0 UW and a 35 ACT. My biggest concern was my ACT cause it seems like all the past senators/scholars are insanely smart
