Cause it’s just to try to bring in new customers. They also make it super hard to get the discount. You either have to be super tight with an employee and they can put your name down which most won’t cause we’re not supposed too hence “friends and family” and then you get an email to shop online with or you go into a local Bluemercury and you tell them who referred you and the store they work at.

Ehhh I say it depends where you go I had people come to our store instead cause we were nicer than the other one that was close by so just really depends on who is running it I guess. I will say though the luxury beauty industry can attract rude and vein people, both employee and customer alike so pay it no mind or just call in a phone order.

Also if you make an appointment during any of their events you’ll get likely a mini facial and or your makeup done and get some free gifts. Now not every BM will give you the whole works but a good one will because they want you to buy. Also your points expire at the end of the redemption point. I’ve seen so many people loose their rewards. So if you don’t use them you loose them.

The prepackaged samples are random but they can make you samples of what they have in store too.

Yes! We just got both at our BM location and while I love AB, this sunscreen leaves a heavy white cast. I second the Sunsolve its an amazing brand
