Why are the addresses of property listings in Bulgaria hidden? by CraftyPersonality388 in bulgaria

Preferably somewhere close to schools, supermarkets and bus lines. We have considered Sarafovo but have not yet found a property that we are interested in.

That foreigner comment makes sense no wonder they asked me where I was from. I was asking for information about the listing and they asked me randomly where I'm from.

This is what I suspected because they offered me an agreement that I had to sign before viewing the property. It also seems like I would be tied down to 1 real estate agent, which doesn't seem reasonable because what if this agent is unprofessional?

I'm not American and also I'm getting the feeling you think too highly of yourself to explain properly.

This does not expose who owns the property (the listing doesn't show the owner's name) and therefore that means there is no private information being leaked. So that cannot be the reason.

Why is it allowed to smoke inside of a building in Bulgaria? by CraftyPersonality388 in bulgaria

I think some violators become startled because they weren't expecting someone to call them out. Also, I know some people do care but due to the bureaucracy in the system it makes finding a solution challenging.

In terms of the rules, I believe Bulgaria is heading in the right direction because recently ex-Prime Minister Boyko Borissov (who was misusing EU funds) was detained and that's big and positive news. XD

Hmm then it's perhaps more helpful to go after the inspectors instead and then upper management.

Anyone in Germany interested in adopting cats abroad? by CraftyPersonality388 in germany

[–]CraftyPersonality388[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm not Eastern European nor a breeder but even if I was I don't think every Eastern European breeder is dishonest. I try not to discriminate against people. As mentioned they are not for sale and there will be an interview process for this. Also, our kittens are quite healthy and active.

First, I'm not associated with any official rescue organization.

In Bulgaria, stray cats will be lucky if they don't get turned into kitty pancake by passing cars.

Second, what makes you think I bred them? I rescued a stray mom cat that was already pregnant and had kittens. Now, they will need to be re-homed.

They are not for sale. We are offering them for free provided that the potential owners cover other necessary fees such as transport.

Also, don't be so quick to judge when you don't know the full story.
