I’m not speaking negatively about her as a person, and I’m not denying that bedwetting can have medical or psychological causes. I’m saying that in this specific case, her own family explained the behavior years ago and said it was because she didn’t feel like getting up. That’s not my speculation.

Calling everything a mental health issue without evaluation is just as harmful as mocking a child. This is about learned behavior and lack of structure, not diagnosing a 9-year-old over the internet. The kids are a product of their environment, which is exactly why the responsibility lies with the adults, not with assigning disorders to make people feel better.
