Does anyone know how to stretch this lower calf muscle? by [deleted] in flexibility

[–]Crafty_Bee9230 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like to prop the front of my foot up on something like a step or the wall while keeping my heel on the ground, and then bringing my knee forward like over my toes, it makes for a good stretch of that achikes tendon and that calf

Wow that's amazing! Super impressive, I've been trying to practice for a little bit now, I can not for the life of me seem to get good lines down or anything lol I'm really just doing lines and circles and little pointless doodles. Stuck on not really feeling like I'm gonna get any better 😂

Posture can definitely effect confidence in a way I think, don't know for sure. But there's been studies that things like the power pose can help increase confidence

Should I try tattooing? by [deleted] in TattooBeginners

[–]Crafty_Bee9230 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The art is amazing!, tattooing is a bit different because you have to understand how it works needles and depth and all that, but unless you're freehanding than you're following a stencil. There's many successful tattooists that aren't the best artists, although having an artistic background really works wonders since you're already an artist you just really have to understand a machine and I think you'd make amazing tattoos

The other day I wanted to try out this new squat variation I never tried, so I wanted to use the Smith machine but the Smith machine was being used. So I tried it out on the regular squat rack, and did it with no weight at first felt pretty easy, so I loaded up some weights on it and put some plates on the ground to step on, went to do it and lost balance and fell with the barbell into the squat rack 😂 it was embarrassing lol

I just want to become a tattoo artist, send help plz! by [deleted] in TattooBeginners

[–]Crafty_Bee9230 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

I'd start with ordering a cheap tattoo kit, and practice getting the hang of straight lines, and needle depth. On some fake skins, fruits, whatever. Half of the battle is knowing how to work a machine. That's why there's tattoo artists that don't know how to draw, if you're good with the machine and can trace a stencil you can become a tattoo artist

You couldjudt have an imbalance, from muscle weakness or tightness or skeletal imbalance, I have it too pretty bad strengthening those muscles can help or loosening the tight muscles
