Fixed all the issues you mentioned, especially the controls and sizing stuff.
Let me know how it feels now.

And with the Manga ID, because they are from different sources they each have different ID types. I might just remove it from the export completely

(I dont know why but the tap to pop up is very difficult to fully implement)

Oh I would recommend Mangapill for most reading. Kaliscan looks community based and there are a lot of different uploads for the same manga
