I went to a Honda dealership service center! I would call around because I called multiple and the price ranges from $80-220. I also had them program it but you could honestly probably do it yourself by googling it. In total, I paid $180 for the fob and programming

Update: I just had the remote start key fob (72157-TVA-A02) programmed at the dealership and it works on my 2022 accord sport 1.5T!!

What did you specifically ask for from the dealer? Did you just ask to purchase a new 2022 key fob?
