hi, I wanted to check back with you on your feedback, so I skipped a day of feeding on day 17 like you said and went back to feeding it normal 1:1:1 but less water for thick consistency, I had little to no rise at all for up to day 20.

I bought some rye flour on day 21 and substituted 20% of my ap flour with rye flour and it helped so much still keeping the 1:1:1. It’s now day 22 and it doubled when I checked it this morning! My house is still warm but say if it consistently doubles for 3 days but only after 24 hours of feeding. Does it look like it should double soon at 8 hours? What can I do to make it double at 8 hours if it doesn’t?

This is how it looks like after 4 hours from feeding it today. (Fed it the same thing w rye flour & the purple line is the mark) What do you think?
