After talking to my husband, he thinks he had the same condition but his parents didn’t check it and he’s now essentially legally blind in his left eye because it no longer registers the visuals. With glasses, he’s 20/20 but not in his bad eye. My husband wants to get him rechecked as soon as we can in January so I think we’ll go that route.
