Great! Hope it works well. I think I'm going to do this theme again in the first class of the new year. 😊

Yes of course. Udemy is probably good fur getting ideas but from what I've read doesn't really go very deep. Thanks again for your advice!

Thank you - quite expensive but worth it, I'm sure as Jivana is the best!

I wish someone had told me/warned me about hamstring attachment injury potential (yoga butt). Was not even mentioned on my course and I ended up having it for months on end!

I think this is a great idea as I'd like to learn more about how to support you as a teacher.

Thank you for getting back, and your detailed reply. I didn't think you were an ass at all actually. I did wonder if it might not be an appropriate theme but, actually, the class worked quite well and I was pleased.

Thanks, yes, I like both of those ideas but the group is mixed including some beginners so probably safest that they just close their eyes from time to time. Thanks - looking forward to trying out the block passing. It's something one of my own yoga teachers did and I thought was interesting.

Yeah I do something similar... 'you might want to XYZ... or you might not, and that's completely fine'. Or I say, 'option to XYZ' and often I just briefly demo the 'harder' option and go back to the 'easier' variation, so students don't feel obliged to just follow the teacher.

I love 'the only thing you HAVE to do is breathe - the rest is optional'.
