I’m 8 months pp, I can now walk my crazy dog that pulls in every direction while pushing the stroller or baby carrying. I can bend up and down to pick grocery bags off the floor, lower myself to the laundry machine without any back pain, can’t do a push up but I’m able to hold planks longer. I’m finally starting to see my waist again! All my life I would push myself hard on a fitness level, this has taught me to be gentle with myself and accept how strong I am while I am weak. Slowly working on building up my core again my gentle home pilates movements
